Can I know the reason why the monitor failed to reach my website

Yes. We do send out the reason for the failure in the alert email to the user.

You can also go to the “Fallos” section from the Dashboard and view the reason for the failure. Some of the commonly known failures are:

  • Mala puerta de enlace
  • Server Broke Connection
  • Pausa
